Wills & Estates

Mr. Wallbridge has a large practice in the area of wills and estates.

i) He prepares Wills, Living Wills (Health Care Directives) and Powers of Attorney;
ii) He assists Executors and Administrators with all the legal tasks required to deal with the estate of someone who has died. (For a free Estate Checklist click here.);
iii) He regularly presents workshops on Wills and Estates for employee assistance programs for industry, in Aboriginal communities and elsewhere such as for the Yellowknife Seniors Society and the Rotary Club.
